Unit Four features: 🌾 Bedroom - Furnished with a queen-sized bed, twin-sized bed, a dresser, large closet and a television. 🌾 Living Room - Contains two couches and a large TV for your entertainment and sliding doors that lead outside with views of the intracoastal. 🌾 Dining Room/Kitchen - Recently renovated, this kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to create a delightful meal on the dock. The dining table comfortably seats four. 🌾 Bathroom - This room features a spacious stand-up shower and tub combo, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A blow dryer is also provided! 🌾 Laundry - A stackable washer/dryer is located in the kitchen for your laundry needs. 🐟 Shared Outdoor Space: Relax and unwind by the heated pool, take advantage of the BBQ area, and soak in the stunning views of the Intracoastal! Fishing poles are available for your use, but bait is not included. This is the ideal setting to forge new friendships during your vacation or to savor some peaceful moments. [Please be aware that this is a shared space with other guests renting the remaining three units.] Parking: One free spot available during tour stay.
